Regulatory changes this year have seen the implementation of GDPR and MiFID II, both resulting in considerable changes to the way you operate your business, and the FCA's platform market study will also impact you as the regulator focuses on removing the status quo bias.

    To help you through the due diligence process, Nucleus is facilitating a comprehensive and interactive workshop. The workshop will be led by Mark Polson of Lang Cat who will share his thoughts on what adviser 'best practice' looks like in terms of how you carry out your platform due diligence processes.
