We’ve come a long way in terms of equality. Equal rights for women, ethnic minorities, the LGBT+ community and those with disabilities have all improved significantly.

But as enlightened as we might feel today, there is so much further to go.

This is as true of financial services as it is of society with women making up only 18% of executive teams and only 13% of people employed in financial services coming from a BME background.

There is however, a very clear link between diversity, inclusion and business performance.

Join us and a wide range of speakers as we explore how to unlock the value in diversity.
