Quite often what people want and what’s bothering them isn’t on the surface, so how do you get them to open up?

The questions I discuss in this video help clients to think about something they’d like to change or eliminate, but that might not be immediately obvious to them. They’re powerful questions because they force your client to reflect and share something they probably wouldn’t have volunteered themselves.

These can be particularly helpful when it comes to reviews, because it stops these meetings from getting repetitive.

To help generate more engaging client conversations, I’ve created a pack of 52 cards, divided into 4 categories, providing unlimited ways you can create more value for your clients. If you’d like to know more, take a look at this introductory video where I chat with Faith Liversedge about the concept.
