Running a business is one thing, but structuring a business to last can often require a different approach.

    Offering career development and progression can be difficult in a small business, given there are only so many senior roles to go around. 

    But Chris explains how one firm is using a projects format instead which allows ambitious individuals to put forward new ideas for the business to implement.

    Not only does this model allow ideas to be taken forward, but it gives the individual the opportunity to make a difference and feel engaged in the purpose of the business.
